BRIDGE FOUNDRY, INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES
March 18th, 2025
Board Members Present: Desi McAdam, Melissa Xie, Sarah Allen, Margaret Parsa, Laura Kirby
This meeting of the Bridge Foundry Board of Directors was held on Tuesday, March 18, 05:00 p.m. PT, having a quorum with everyone participating through an online video conference with live audio and screen-sharing.
Sarah motioned to renew our contract with Éclat Enterprises, LLC at $75.00 an hour for up to 25 hours a month and to be billed no more than $1800.00 a month. This motion was duly seconded by Melissa and passed unanimously by the board.
Sarah motioned for Margaret to take over as Secretary of the board. This motion was duly seconded by Desi and passed unanimously by the board.
Desi officially steps down from the board and as secretary role.
The board reviewed and unanimously accepted the March 18th, 2025 minutes.
