Board Members Present: Melissa Xie, Sarah Allen, Margaret Parsa, Laura Kirby
This meeting of the Bridge Foundry Board of Directors was held on Wednesday, July 9, 05:00 p.m. PT, having a quorum with everyone participating through an online video conference with live audio and screen-sharing.
The board reviewed and unanimously accepted the November 19th, 2025 minutes. Sarah Allen motioned to approve GoBridge’s request for a S$12,825.00 (Singapore dollars) grant for diversity scholarships to GopherCon Singapore. This motion was duly seconded by Laura Kirby and passed unanimously by the board.
The board reviewed and unanimously accepted the July 9th, 2025 minutes.
